From doing to feeling

So often in our daily life, we’re busy doing and forget to feel. However, it’s through really tuning in to what we feel that we know what to do and when. Feeling without doing helps us to slow down, to connect with ourselves and to make decisions from an authentic place. This class will lead you through a meditation that will help you to let go of doing so you can truly FEEL. It’s incredible whenever you have been rushing or running around a lot – plus it’s a great tension tamer.
