Chair yoga practice for the whole body

A gentle, yet thorough workout of the whole body which also includes Breath of Joy and Brahmari pranayama. Work within your comfortable limits and stop if you feel pain or get tired. Listen to your body and enjoy what you can do. Props needed: chair and an optional block
