Forward bends - the awareness of the back of your body

Nice practice to become aware of the back of your body - especially the back of your legs. Bringing intelligence and presence to the part of the body (the back) that we don't see and therefore sometimes tend to neglect in our practice. The difference between tilting or bending from the hip instead of from the waist is explained in this video. All this, together with an old trick to really open the back of your legs, will make your forward bends feel easier than ever.
