Body and mind tune up

Starting with some Kapalabhati breathing, we set the stage for empowerment. The invitation is for you to deeply feel the work you are doing - be it聽uncomfortable and hard work or wonderful and exhilarating - and to fully be present for it. Know you can be with it all, there's no need to turn away. It's the degree to which you can be present for every experience you are going through that determines your happiness. Expect upper body strengthening, legs, back and core work.
