I have been working on stabilising and strengthening my knee for over a year now, following an accident that left some damage in different structures. Many of you have asked me about the exercises I've done in the recovery process, so this class is more of a knee-focused sequence of exercises. Please listen carefully to the introduction; as always with therapeutic practices, it may be wise to seek some guidance before you try it for yourself.
