This class is also based on my personal practice and how I like to play around with the shapes of poses. You can do this practice on its own but it would be also good to combine it with a standing poses or arm balances class. Through repetition and exploration we'll play around with the shape of Trikonasana (Triangle Pose). You might be amazed by how many times it comes back in other poses and how, doing the same pose with a different relationship to gravity, can feel like a totally different game. Have fun exploring!
