In this class, we'll keep exploring our possibilities in Parivrtta Trikonasana. Through repetition and specific (fun!) modifications you will learn some tools to go deeper into the twist. The fourth time of the repetition of Parivrtta Trikonasana you will experience the twists in the whole of the the upper body, giving you a sense of expansion and extra space. At the end we'll also twist upside down, if you are not familiar with inversions you can either keep practicing to come upside down or do a couple of Adho Mukha Svanasanas (Downdogs) before the final relaxation.
