We begin by balancing and relaxing with the Square breath. Next, some fluid movements to warm up the shoulders, upper body and side body. We practice some lunges, half splits, and a variety of Plank and Side Planks to prepare the body and mind for some longer-held poses like Warrior II and Bridge pose to find stillness in the practice.
