Engage your spine, shoulders, core and hips in this flow with a gentle supine warm up, some Sun Salutations to bring some heat into the body and a flow that includes balancing poses like baby Side Plank, baby Half Moon and baby Ardha Chandra Chapasana, followed by the 'full', standing versions of them. The yoga class finishes with Pranayama and Savasana. Have 2 blocks handy.
