Breathing into deeper awareness

Props needed: bolster, blanket, block, belt. This calming Pranayama sequence has 4 Asanas to prepare for deeper breathing and breath awareness that lead into the final breathing exercise. David guides the 'breather' into deeper states of awareness with the four preparation poses and finishes with an increased exhalation breath in support of bringing the mind into stillness.
