In this class we slow everything down and fine tune our awareness of our body. We will repeat, of course, the principles we worked with before and add some chest openers and backbends. Back bends are not about bending back as far as possible, their function is to open the front body. This can be done softly and mindfully too. You get to enjoy the benefits of back bending while staying soft and balanced.
