Firstly you will learn how to engage the glutes properly and apply what you've learnt to certain poses. When the glutes are awake and fired up, they kick in easier during the rest of the asanas. Prepare to feel the burn of engaging your glutes during everything you do. As a bonus your lower back will feel so happy! Props needed: 2 blocks (or 2 stacks of books to place each hand on in Warrior 3 prep).
