Home is where the heart is. I like to believe that this sentence was never meant in a philosophical way, but always in a literal way. Our home is where our physical heart is. Why is it then that for lots of us, our body doesn’t feel like home? Why is it that we treat this home in a way we would never treat the other places we call home – the houses we live in? In this class, you'll be invited to let go of your inner critic - not by ignoring or pushing her/him/it away, but by tuning in with what your body needs. You'll be guided through some slow, restorative poses and some flowing movements that'll leave you feeling connected to your body, your home.
