Reclaim your power hour

Great class to do after work or when you feel out of energy / power. A slow Yin style warm up will lead into a strong standing poses flow, with Crescent pose, Warrior II, Extended Side Angle pose, Triangle Pose, Reversed Warrior pose and Half Moon Pose, leading into a Handstand or L pose shape at the wall and finishing with some seated poses, hip openers, a backbend and a delicious relaxation. You'll feel powerful after this class...
