A slow mindful flow to free the body, settle the mind and increase the flow of fluids in the body. Anytime during the day, this will pick you up and increase your energy in a gentle soft way. With lunges, a Warrior II, Downward Dog, lunge twists, Wide Legged Standing Forward bend.
