Traditional sequence according to the Iyengar methodology, this sequence is designed to awaken and bring to life your body as a whole. Great to do on its own, or as a preparation to work more deeply on a specific area. With standing poses, twists, forward bends, backbends and inversions. A nice way to start your day with a clear mind and a wider vision.
