This class repeats a lot from the previous classes and, of course, adds some new poses as well. Please, take it at your own pace, pause, rewind, look at it first if you feel challenged at times, and then try. Most of all enjoy!
After this class, you are ready for most of the level 1 classes and if it comes easy to you, you can even try out some of the level 1/2 classes. Remember in every class you may come across a pose that you cannot do, that is normal. Listen, adapt or skip that part and enjoy doing what you can do.
