What to expect? 

All seven classes range between 30 - 40 minutes and each class has a different focus including hips, spine, legs, upper body, chakras, breath and the mind. 
In Yin yoga, we hold poses for a longer period of time and this can sometimes bring thoughts and feelings up. So remain soft and open to the sensations during this programme but stay well within your edge. Join in the programme and feel balanced in body and mind...

Just follow the classes in the order they're given to give you the experience of practising Yin yoga for 7 days in a row. Of course, if a class works for you, you can repeat it any time.

Balance the Yin with dynamic Yang yoga

This programme works well with 10 Days of Vinyasa - with these 30-minute dynamic Vinyasa flow classes. You can alternate the classes or do them on the same day as your Yin if you have time.
