This series doesn't include modifications for wheelchair users. However, the sequences include mudra, pranayama and asanas that can be easily adapted for wheel-chair users. Please do not hesitate to contact Véronique if you would like to find out how to do so.
Students are advised to first watch the introduction and then to start their practice with the warm-up and then select the sequence that best suits your need (fatigue, balance & coordination, stress relief or strengthening) before finishing with the relaxation.
