Your Classes: Manage MS with Yoga

This series doesn't include modifications for wheelchair users. However, the sequences include mudra, pranayama and asanas that can be easily adapted for wheel-chair users. Please do not hesitate to contact Véronique if you would like to find out how to do so.

  • Suggested schedule

    Students are advised to first watch the introduction and then to start their practice with the warm-up and then select the sequence that best suits your need (fatigue, balance & coordination, stress relief or strengthening) before finishing with the relaxation.

Warm-up, yoga for MS

Class 1 : Warm up

Warm-up, yoga for MS

This 10 minute warm-up is based on the first Pawanmuktasana series and focuses on gently loosing up the joints of the entire body, from the toes to the head. Students are advised to do this warm-up before starting any other sequence in the series.
