The classes focus on your spine, wrists, core, hips and the upper body and are full of influences from mobility work, yoga, somatics and dance. By bringing in these mixed approaches we can view the body from a wider perspective. And by teaching the body to move in new or unfamiliar ways we become better at adapting and responding to different movement challenges.
Because in the long run it鈥檚 not just about how strong or how flexible we are but how we can apply these qualities in different movement situations and in our daily lives.
