Travelling off for an end-of-year yoga retreat might sound like a distant dream right now. So we’ve prepared a mini yoga retreat that you can do from home.
We believe that we all need to take time out regularly to truly decompress and sink into a deeply relaxed state so that we can restore ourselves and begin to recharge. And at the end of a year like 2020...well, need we say more?!
This full day of mixed movement, meditation, breathing exercises and yoga classes is designed to help you relax, restore, re-energise and rejuvenate. And whilst your living room may not feel quite the same as a mountain-top retreat centre, you can still experience the powerful effects that will result from accessing deep relaxation and taking some time out just for you.
