Learn to move with intelligence

This 6 part course with Adela Serrano guides you through the foundations of Iyengar yoga.聽Designed for total beginners, it is also suitable for experienced students who want to start practising yoga from the Iyengar approach. You will learn tips you can use in other styles of yoga too.

Iyengar Yoga is a precise style of yoga with a focus on safe alignment in the pose. You will find that there is a lot of repetition in the weekly classes, repetition is key to awaken the intelligence of the body and move that intelligence and awareness to all parts of the poses.

If you are a total beginner to yoga, repeat each class at least 7 times (every day of the week) before moving onto the next class, as this will prepare you for the next classes.

If you are an experienced student, you might choose to practise classes 1, 2 and 3 together, repeating them every day. When you are comfortable with them you can practise classes 4 to 6 together and repeat them every day.
