What to expect?
This program includes nine classes between 45 and 60 minutes. Each class explores a different aspect of yoga philosophy through talks and physical practice. They are a mix of yoga styles including Vinyasa flow, Hatha and Yin yoga. The classes are physically challenging as well as stimulating on a mental level.
Who is it for?
The Freedom series is aimed at EkhartYoga members who already have some experience of yoga and are interested in discovering more about the philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
