Explore Anusara Yoga with Sandra Carson.

In these classes, Sandra will guide you through foundational yoga poses, key alignment principles and your breath. 

  • Learn the five Principles of Alignment according to Anusara yoga, addressed in each class.
  • Learn how to ‘thread’ your poses with your breath in a Vinyasa Yoga sequence.
  • Gain a clear understanding of some of the basic poses in yoga. 

Who is it for?

This program is available to all EkhartYoga members. It is designed for yoga beginners and anyone new to Anusura style yoga.
