Iyengar Yoga is focused on alignment and the poses are adapted to your own individual body. Awaken every part of your body and learn to support it so that you can safely move onto more difficult poses.
What to expect?
This 6 part program by Adela guides you through the Iyengar basics. You will find that there is a lot of repetition in the weekly classes, repetition is key to awaken the intelligence of the body and move that intelligence and awareness to all parts of the poses. Yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory.
