Welcome back to the sixth day of your 10 minutes 10 day meditation challenge! Today we focus a bit more on the physical sensations and what happens when we just observe stronger sensations, without trying to change them. We practice getting the balance between focus and relaxation, which is essentially what happens when we let go of craving something that's not there or resisting something that is.
