A warm up followed with a standing poses sequence comprised of Triangle pose, half moon pose, Side angle pose, Warrior 2 pose, Intense side stretch pose, Revolved triangle pose, revolved half moon pose / Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana. We then move on to some core work and after that a cool down to loosen the hips followed by a deserved relaxation
