Stress free shoulders and neck, healthy spine and strong belly

This session will strengthen your back and abdominal muscles, release tension in the spine, chest, shoulders and neck areas, and calm your mind. It will leave you feeling energetic, strong and opened up at the same time. Everyone can benefit from this practice and different options are given for each pose, so you can adapt them to your needs.
Props: blanket, blocks, bolster and/or pillow.
