By accessing and strengthening the muscles on the back, we create a strong frame to allow the chest area to express itself to its fullest. In this class, we explore how to access and isolate the latissimus dorsi muscles (back muscles) with an innovative Chaturanga, to draw the map in your body towards Bhekasana (Frog pose).
