This class can be considered as a follow up to the Iyengar Yoga for Beginners Program. There is still repetition of the poses learnt on the program but now with longer holds. Sirsasana (Headstand) and Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) are held for a longer period of time. In Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) you will find a couple of variations with the legs. I highly recommend following this class often as it will build up a strong base for a safe yoga practice.
