Iyengar Yoga for Beginners 1

Adela Serrano Iyengar Yoga for Beginners Class 1. This class is accessible for all levels, we take a first look at the basic actions that are needed to establish a strong foundation for your yoga practice with simple standing poses, a few shoulder openers and one seated pose. All the shoulder openers at the beginning of the class are to be repeated on a daily basis to mobilize and improve the range of motion and space at the shoulders. They are simple but very effective! We will come back to these postures in almost every class of the program.
You will need two blocks, one belt and three blankets.
