A Yin Yang Yin practice. We slowly warm up and center body and mind with a few Yin poses, we then start to move into a non stop flowy yoga dance which will challenge the body and open the mind. We finish again with a few grounding Yin poses. Because it is a non stop flow you need to be familiar with Wild Thing pose (Wild Dragon) and Fallen Triangle pose (Belly of the Dragon) If not, please have a quick look at the tutorial about Wild thing and Fallen Triangle here.
