Baby Yoga Fun

Do you want to do yoga with your baby and release tensions yourself at the same time? Then this 30 minute session is great for your 3 to 6 months old baby and yourself. Your baby will experience massage techniques and different poses in a playful manner, which enhances the digestion, blood circulation, strengthens the hip muscles, opens the hips, chest and releases the lower back. You yourself will do poses that release tensions in your buttocks, legs, shoulders and back. But most of all this session is a great way for you and your baby to spend time together and connect with each other, sharing joy and love. Needed props: a thick blanket for your baby. For you: a blanket, pillow or bolster and blocks.
