Pilates Fundamentals: Shoulder girdle

In class 3 of the Pilates 101 program, we look at the shoulder girdle - specifically the shoulder blade to arm connection - and how the shoulder blade moves in relation to the ribcage. Furthermore, we explore how tight shoulders can compromise core stability. You might need a thin block or cushion for under your head.
