Pilates Fundamentals: Hips and legs

In class 4 of the Pilates 101 program, we explore all of the directions the legs can move in the hip socket. Plus, we learn how these movements can load and challenge the core and help to build core strength and stability. Props: You'll need a blue medium weight theraband or yoga strap, a small ball, and something to rest your head on like a thin block or cushion.
