A longer Pilates class that brings together the Pilates Fundamentals we have covered in this Pilates 101 program and introduces some of the basic level exercises. We move slowly and steadily in this class. Props: You will need a medium weight theraband for this class. A towel or blanket for sliding on the floor. A small ball if you have one, you can use the towel if you don't. You might also need a block or cushion to sit on.
