In this class we prepare for Spring, charging the Liver and Gallbladder meridians and their corresponding meridians, the Pericardium and San Jiao (Triple Heater). We start with a gentle palpation of the meridians to bring awareness into them. Then we add in some some slow Yang poses and top it all off with some Yin poses that target the specific meridians.
