In the Chinese 5 elements' tradition we recognise an extra season: late summer or Indian summer, the period between Summer and Autumn. In this class we move from this Indian summer to Autumn, working on all 4 meridian corresponding to the seasons: Spleen and Stomach for Indian Summer and Lung and large intestine for Autumn. This is a yin-yoga oriented class which contains Qigong exercises and pranayama.
