In this six-part program, Vinyasa yoga for beginners, we will explore the fundamental poses of Vinyasa Flow yoga. This practice introduces some of the basic poses, and their alignment, how to adapt them to your body, and things to be mindful of. We'll practice Sukasana or Easy cross-legged pose, Table-top, Cat-Cows, Downward Facing Dog, Plank, Cobra, Forward Fold, Child's pose and Savasana.
