We begin with 20 minutes of flowing movement to access our strength and mobility. For the next ten minutes, we'll slow down and practice some breathing techniques together. In the final part of the practice, we will dive deeper inside and meditate. You'll get to experience how much easier it is to become still after some movement and breathing.
