This program includes 3 x 45 minute classes a week, for 3 weeks. Each class combines yoga asana and movement, different pranayama (breathwork) techniques and meditations. If you would like to integrate practices that serve the body, mind and breath, then this one's for you!
Experience yoga’s benefits for the body and mind. From the physical to the subtle you will:
- Release tension and blockages in the body through asana and movement
- Settle the nervous system through working with the breath
- Calm and focus the mind through meditation
This is designed to be a playful and accessible way to experience some of the deeper elements of yoga and to find what works best for you. The classes are taught by a mix of teachers who will offer you different techniques to experiment with.

Who is it for?
Body Breath Mind is ideal if you haven’t tried pranayama or meditation before and would like to try combining them into your practice. It’s also for you if you’re already familiar with these practices and enjoy classes that bring in different elements of yoga.
Please note, some breathing exercises which involve breath retention or strong contractions of the belly are not suitable if you are pregnant, menstruating, have eye problems like glaucoma or have high or low blood pressure. If in any doubt please substitute with Esther's breath observation exercise.
