These simple 5 minute breathing exercises can be done wherever you are - at your desk at work or at home.
Working with your breath is one of the most powerful ways to alleviate stress and to calm the system down. And the great thing is you always have this tool with you!
We recommend you repeat each exercise for 3 to 4 days so that you learn the effects each one has and become familiar with your toolkit of exercises.
Always keep the breathing easy for your lungs, don't overstretch your breath so that you feel any tension. You can build up to the 5 minutes practices gradually and when we count the inhales and exhales you can change the pace of the count to suit you.
