Welcome to this yoga for menopause class with a focus on Kapha dosha. Some of the ways excess Kapha can show up during any of the stages of menopause (from peri-menopause onwards) include lethargy, low mood, depression and sluggish digestion. So, in this practice we'll bring in some energising Pitta to help balance Kapha. Suggested props: 2 bricks, 1 bolster, 1 blanket.
