A Qigong practice to empower you to connect with the ebbs and flows of life. By now, the hope is that some of the movements and exercises we've been doing so far should be starting to become familiar so that you are able to focus more on feeling than technique. In this, the final class of the series, I'll be introducing a practice called, Touch the Sea, Look at the Sky. You’ll be guided to circulate, regulate and soothe your energy levels so that you step off your mat feeling energised yet calm.
