Lunge-a-rama: a journey to the inner groins

This ‘target specific’ class is a series of lunges that I have been teaching and practicing for many years (originally taught to me by Nicki & Eddie in Maui, Mahalo). After 3 Sun Salutes to warm up the body, we go right away into some front hip stretches to release the past and open to the future! Get ready for some intense stretching of the hip flexors and after taking some time to open the front body, the class progresses to backbends. Stay around for a special Savasana serenade ... a Bob Dylan classic as the theme of the class!
