Combining classical toning exercises with creative yoga sequences, you’ll strengthen and mobilise your hips and thighs, awaken and tone your side body, target your front, back and side core, build capacity and power in your arms… Most importantly though, it will help you to tap into and stand more confidently in your innate strength.

10 days to:
- Improve muscle tone, fitness and mobility
- Stimulate metabolism

We recommend practicing the strength-focused classes on days 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9. Then every other day, you can either do the 20 minute, Whole body makeover practice or have a rest day. There's no time limit for finishing the program so if your schedule or energy levels don't allow it, or you'd like to repeat some of the practices, please go at your own pace.
