Introduction

Online yoga for kids and teenagers

Parents and guardians, get on the mat with your kids and begin to explore the breath, salutations, postures, partner yoga and relaxation together. 

The flow classes all take time to tune in and then sequence through the Sun Salutations, progressing on to warrior poses and balancing poses. We have fun with animals and imagination. Each class finishes with a guided relaxation. 

The AcroYoga classes build up gradually and are recommended for older children. 

This program includes classes for different ages:

4 to 8 year olds

The first four classes in this group build on from each other, adding and learning a little more in each class. There is also a bedtime yoga sequence and a fun "yoga games" class too!

8 to 12 year olds

The first three classes in this group build on from each other, adding and learning a little more in each class. There is also a bedtime yoga sequence. 

Teenagers

There are two classes in this group - once is a comprehensive introduction to yoga and the other is a fun partner yoga class. 

AcroYoga - Parents and Kids

There are four AcroYoga workshops for the older children. It is a structured series so it's recommended that you practise them in sequence.
