About this program
Tune Up and Refresh is a comprehensive 4-week program with 3 yoga classes each week with Esther Ekhart that build up progressively from 30 minutes to an hour, and a meditation to underpin your practice.
Each week has a different theme - detox, core strength, de-stress and energise - and alongside your classes, there's loads of extra information, including off the mat tips, recipes, anatomy lessons and in-depth articles to keep you motivated and inspired.
The aim of the program is to help you to:
- Tune into yourself with awareness and presence
- Let go of the things that no longer serve you
- Connect with your core ‘self’
- Step forward from a place of stability and authenticity
