It’s the time of year where everybody looks back, takes stock… and compiles a list! Favourite movies, books, TV shows, songs… you name it, there’s a list for it.
So here’s ours – your top ten favourite classes of 2019. There’s a bit of everything here – morning practices, stability training, Yoga Nidra and mixed movement…but one theme seems to prevail – flow!
