Working through the second part of Intermediate Series with full standing and finishing sequences. This class incorporates Eka Pada Sirsasana, Tittibhasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Mayurasana, Parighasana and Gomukhasana. Again Nichi will offer modifications and share her preparation for certain poses.
